A friend of mine, from one of my very first photography classes nearly 9 years ago, is getting married. I was beyond thrilled when he asked me to capture this amazing time in his life! Steven and Christine live in Paradise CA so we decided it would be nice to meet somewhere in between us. We settled on Belden Town on HWY 70.
The cute little town has a unique bridge over looking the feather river. We thought this would be a perfect location for photos of them with Steven’s classic 1972 Volvo 1800e. Across from Belden Town is a historical Eby Stamp Mill. The Location is also an access point to reach the Pacific Crest Trail. So there are plenty of beautiful backdrops to work with.
To start our engagement session, Steven had planned to give Christine her official wedding ring. It needed to be sized and he wasn’t sure if it would be ready in time. Sure enough it was and Christine was so surprised to see it when Steven pretended to propose again on one knee. I had so much fun with these two and their Son. Thanks so much Steven and Christine for making the journey to meet me at Belden Town. We are going to have a blast on your wedding day!
