This was my first time photographing in Genoa, Nevada, but it was not my first time with this amazing family. I photographed the Henry family back in 2013 and had a blast with them then. I knew this year’s fall family portrait session was going to be equally as fun. When the family saw me I was instantly greeted with a hug from both boys and it assured me that they were all excited for pictures.
Mormon Station, in the center of town, was the perfect park for us. The fall colors were just beginning to show and there was very little foot traffic. An extra bonus is that there is the cutest museum across from the park. All in all, the location made for a great variety of images for this fall family portrait session.
It is always an honor to photograph families. I love to create and capture all the special moments that come along with them.
