Colton and Jacqueline tied the knot at the most gorgeous private property in Cottonwood, CA. Many of their family members and friends came together to make their wedding day in Northern California everything they could have wished for.
Colton’s grandparents spent many months getting the property ready to host a wedding. Many gorgeous flowers were planted around the property and everything was so green, you could really see how much time and care they put into everything to make it so gorgeous. Behind the alter, where the bride and groom were to say their vows, was a sprawling country field that was in full harvest mode with multiple tractors and a semi truck. Luckily, they finished just before the guests began to arrive. Everything was coming together nicely for their wedding day in Northern California.
Bouquets and boutonnieres were handmade by Colton’s aunt. Besides being the most gorgeous bridal bouquet, it had an actual duck wing in the bouquet since the bride and groom love to hunt. The guys boutonnieres were creatively crafted using feathers and shotgun shells. These were such a fun touch to add to the style of their day. Colton’s father officiated the ceremony surrounded by all their family and friends. Everyone was so excited as the newlyweds were introduced as husband and wife.
Along with many of the details that were handmade, there was also a special surprise groomsmen cake made by the Bride’s mom. Topped with two puzzle pieces that fit perfectly, as do Colton and Jacqueline. Music was bumpin, provided by Netsound Pro, for everyone to dance and mingle. As the sun began to set, I quickly grabbed the newlyweds off the dance floor to capture sunset photos. Their wedding day was nothing short of perfect. With all the help of friends and family, no detail was left un-attended. Best wishes to the newlyweds as they begin their next journey in life.
