Cassandra and Danny had a glamorous wedding in South Lake Tahoe at The Landing. This 5 star luxury hotel has the most stunning views of Lake Tahoe. Cassandra and her bridesmaids had their own room for getting ready, just around the corner from the ceremony site. Whereas, Danny and his groomsmen got ready down the street at Hotel Becket. After hair was finished, styled by Daymaker Brides, it was quickly time to get Cassandra in her stunning wedding gown and ready for the “first look” with soon-to-be-husband, Danny.
For their first look, we found the most stunning door outside Jimmy’s Restaraunt, downstairs at The Landing. It was such a special moment to capture these two seeing each other for the first time on their wedding day. Danny’s eyes glistened and Cassandra’s smile said it all.
Five o’clock came and it was time for the ceremony to begin on the grand rooftop terrace. Guests were welcomed by the groom and his groomsmen and you could really tell that everyone seemed to know everyone as hugs and laughter was all around. With an intimate ceremony officiated by close friend of the Bride and Groom, with special readings by several family members and reciting their own vows. Complete with a first kiss and bubbles down the aisle, Cassandra and Danny became Mr. & Mrs.
After the gorgeous ceremony, it was time for cocktail hour on the rooftop terrace with spirits and delicious appetizers, featuring the island band, Zorelli. It was the perfect beginning to an amazing night. The Cassandra and Danny’s love for island music did not stop at cocktail hour, as it continued well into the night with their first dance and Danny even singing a song to his bride. Every moment captured showed the love these two have for each other and the love they have for their family and friends. Cheers to the newlyweds, Cassandra and Danny!
